Refund policy
We hope you love your Peepal Haveli product, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The stole/ shawl must be unused, unworn, unwashed
- Tags must be intact and undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine)
How to start a return
To request a return, please email us at care@peepalhaveli.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Do not send your item back before contacting us.
Once your return request is approved, we will:
- Provide you with the UK return address
- Share instructions for returning the item back
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. This applies to both UK and international orders.
Damaged and Issues or Incorrect Items
If your stole/ shawl arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund, including return postage, where applicable.
Non-returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale/ discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear, use, perfume or damage after delivery
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply:
- Request a return for your original item
- Return the item once approved
- Place a new order after your return is processed
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at care@peepalhaveli.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
The item must remain unused, unworn and in original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
