Every order is packed with care and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all UK orders, sent via Royal Mail.

Handling & Dispatch

  • All orders are dispatched within 1 business day from the United Kingdom
  • Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the following business day
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within the UK. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details.

🌍 International Orders

We currently ship directly from our UK studio to selected European countries only.

International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Duties and import taxes for eligible destinations are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

For customers located outside the countries currently supported on our website, our Etsy boutique remains available for all international purchases.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Packaging

Every Peepal Haveli shawl is:

  • protected in a clear inner sleeve
  • placed inside our signature linen dust bag
  • and shipped in a padded, eco-friendly envelope.

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully.

Delivery Issues

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe, Peepal Haveli is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at care@peepalhaveli.com and we will assist you.
