Kani patterning is the densest of our designs - motif packed against motif, so the colour shifts as the fabric moves. Here the scale is turned up: the paisleys are large and confidently placed rather than scattered small, so the pattern reads clearly even at a distance. Warm rust-browns sit against a pale ivory-blush ground, giving it a softer, more wearable colour story than our darker Kani pieces. The silk-wool blend gives it a fine, almost brushed drape - lighter than a pure wool piece, with a slight sheen that catches as it moves. Each piece is finished by hand, so small variations in weave and colour are a signature of the maker rather than a flaw.
